Gamma World Junkulator!
This is such a cool random technology generator. Not only does it generate a random piece of technology, plus the condition you find it in (such as "rusty", "dented", or "important piece missing"), but then it jacks the kewlsomeness up into the stratosphere: it takes the description of the item and searches Google for an image that matches the description! And if you've ever searched the Internet for an image, you know what kind of felgercarb you can get.
Need I say that it would be perfect for an Encounter Critical game?
